How in the world can you pick just one? There are SO many that I LOVE from 2012.
2012 was an awesome year and it took me several minutes to select this image as my entry for the photo challenge over at Rock the Shot

I had first met Candice at the Humane Society for Greater Nashua when I started volunteering my time there. I had donated a session to their annual fundraising event and was happy to hear from Candice saying she had won the session! I couldn’t wait to work with her and her fiance.
They are getting married in August of 2013 and have a rustic wedding theme so when we started to plan for our session I knew the perfect the location. She sent me a few photos of what she had in mind and we were off running! I was so happy that the morning was bright and the skies were clear when we met up. After I met Gary and got acquainted with Kona, the pup, we were off. I had a blast with these two and their fun personalities. They made me laugh and they made my job super easy!

Wishing you two {three} a lifetime of happiness and best of luck as you finish up the wedding planning!

Two teachers who met at the high school they worked at….

Fell in love at a school football game.

They will be tying the knot next spring/summer and I couldn’t be happier for them.
I love taking photos of couples and learning a bit about their lives. It is fun to see the interaction between two people. It is even better when you throw a dog into the mix. Oh, the personality dogs have can add so much more to a session because they provide pure entertainment! Working to get them to sit a certain way or look over here by making weird noises and shaking treats in their faces as a bribe can be quite funny when you have three adults doing it at different times for one pup. It’s quite fun!

Hi Zeeva! What a sweet pup she is!

I think I love this photo even more because of Zeeva’s yawn.

Such a sweet couple!

It was a gorgeous day for a walk around a pond.

What a fabulous photo!
Of course, you can’t deny the amount of dog hair you end up with on your clothes.
Gotta love pets!

Jamie and Ryan got engaged over this past Memorial Day weekend on a long ride home from Maine. It’s a pretty cute story! This couple is great together! They do a lot of things together, like running, softball, going to concerts, or different events with friends. They know how to have a good time!
We met up at a local college campus which was beautiful to begin with, but when you a put a good looking couple like this in it it becomes even more beautiful! The weather was kind of warm, but we liked it because we had to reschedule once before because of the rain. After our session I went back to their house to get some pictures of them with their super cute 4 month old puppy!
We had a lot of fun together and it was clear that they were just smitten over each other!
I hope you two enjoy these pictures and good luck with the rest of the wedding planning! June will be here before you know it! Best of luck!

Vanessa and Sean got married this past snowy New Years Eve which didn’t allow for any outdoor pictures. When Vanessa contacted me about getting some outdoor wedding portraits I was excited because I knew this was as close to shooting a wedding as I would ever let myself get!
We met up at Searles Castle in Windham which is a beautiful location. The skies were gorgeous and so was the temperature. It wasn’t long before we were hanging out in the bridal suite when Vanessa realized she forgot a few things. Thankfully Searles Castle had a contact that came through for us- talk about good business! Once we had what we needed we were able to relax and have fun!
We quickly realized the many opportunities we had before us on those beautiful grounds. It was a fun evening and I am so glad I got to help a bride get the shots she’d been thinking of for months. Plus, who wouldn’t love another chance to get in their wedding dress?
